Summary:The amount of carbon dioxide indoors can affect a persons health, by making the person feel more tired and sleepy, less active and productive. The increase of Carbon dioxide at a working place, or school can damage those by the pollution indoor in the air. Researcher believe that it will be harder to maintain a cleaner indoor air due to the outdoor air ventilation, since the carbon dioxide is increasing in the atmosphere causing global warming it is hard to not let it increase indoors because of air ventilation. "The impacts of carbon dioxide on anthropogenic [human-caused] climate change are well understood, but our findings on carbon dioxide, and those from [the] previous study…are upending previous notions that carbon dioxide concentrations are benign at levels we typically encounter indoors," Allen said. In the 1970 people were trying to conserve energy and reduce the cost of it by constructing airtight and energy efficiency buildings. "Today, however "[in] the places where most people work and live, CO2 concentrations are considerably higher than outdoors," he added.

Reflection:I choose this article beacuse we have been learning about carbon dioxide harming the earth and how the air is being polluted, however in class we have not discuses the amount of carbon dioxide being formed in a room, or if can occur. In general i know that when the air is polluted and people breath it specially children can cause casualties however by reading this article i learned that indoor air is a thing and can harm our health as well, we can stop indoor air but since the carbon dioxide is coming form outdoors it is hard to keep it cleaner due to global warming.
